Sabbath Moments - Surprise!

Sabbath moments are a way of taking time to rest in God, to enjoy God in silence or in nature. The word sabbath comes from a Hebrew word meaning "cease." And that is what we need to do sometimes, cease our activity and live in the moment and breathe in God.
I invite you to share your Sabbath moment(s) here on Saturdays. Be sure to sign into Mr. Linky below!

I have not had many restful moments this week, but I have certainly had some God moments.
After about 3 years of having our house up for sale, we finally sold it this week! Totally out of the blue!
Ahhhh, God is good.
So we begin our search for a new place to live. A new adventure. And I know our good God will help us out.
So, if you notice my online presence being rather erratic, I am sure you will understand. I hope to stay caught up but who knows what will happen?
The Lord seems to be full of surprises lately!

Colleen,

We've never sold a house. We are still living in our very first home of our own. But I can imagine your excitement as possibilities open up after 3 years of trying to sell. Yes, God is so very good to us. Glad to share your good news!

It looks like it's taken God 3 years to get your new house ready for you. Congratulations.

Sue, that is awesome. We lived in our first house for 21 years. then we had an empty nest and decided to downsize. Now we just want to be closer to work and our church.

Victor, hey, I'd love to check out that house near you! lol

Barb, thank you!
